Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% remaining.
  • The product should be in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange Process

  • Our support team will guide you through the complete process.
  • Exchanges are usually processed within 7–14 working days.

Delivery Charges

  • Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges.
  • In the case of a damaged or leaked product received, we will cover all delivery costs.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Tester boxes are not eligible for exchange and are non-refundable.
